Our Inspector's view
Overlooking South Inch Park, this spacious hotel restaurant offers a good degree of dining comfort. A strong emphasis on seasonality and local produce steers the menu, which might present pigeon espice, burnt onion, honey and truffle ricotta followed by Highland red deer saddle and shoulder casserole with fermented barley and baked neeps purée.
