Wake to the sun shining through the double doors of this immaculate apartment, make coffee in the trendy kitchen and then relax on the balcony overlooking the Camel estuary. Later, watch the sunset from the same place, this time while sharing a bottle of something alcoholic, and fish and chips from local-boy-made-good Rick Stein’s chippy on The Quay.
