Our Inspector's view
A basement restaurant in a granite terrace off a leafy square, Amuse is deceptively spacious with a central bar, lounge and large restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the terrace and garden. Slate floors and a grey colour palate are offset with flashes of colour from fish-themed artwork, creating a relaxed setting for brasserie-style modern Scottish cooking.
