Once the home of a wealthy flax mill owner, Ardtara is a traditional country house located in rolling countryside. The main dining room has a mural of hunting scenes around the top of the wall, while the large skylight makes the room nice and bright. Modern Irish cooking uses locally sourced produce with some picked from the kitchen gardens.
