Part of The Woolacombe Bay Hotel, a fine Tudor-Gothic hotel overlooking the beach, Bay Brasserie is a relaxed and informal venue with a great atmosphere, and a long bar providing its focal point. The dapper young team add a sense of theatre and occasion. Food is punchy and well conceived, with great clarity of flavour and attention to detail.
