At Hotel check-in, where screens are not in place, colleagues will be wearing PPE to include Face Screens. All back of house areas will have handwashing guidance in picture and word format advising colleagues on the correct handwashing and sanitizing procedure. In front of house areas, although no handwashing signage will be present, sanitizing stations will be available in all areas. The mini-bars will be sanitized and sealed prior to a guest check-in. Where single-use condiments are not in place (salt & pepper), sanitizing procedures have been introduced. A Hotel-wide collection of enhanced SOP's and sequence of cleaning has been designed and ready to roll-out prior to our re-opening date via online training modules. Each department will carry out ‘in person reorientation’ in our new ways of working upon colleagues return to the hotel.

This striking, contemporary hotel, in the heart of Knightsbridge, has sister hotels in Milan and Bali. The luxury accommodation is stylish and deeply comfortable, complete with Bvlgari Trunk mini-bars and Nespresso machines; bathrooms are equally lavish with deep baths and rain showers. Spacious public areas include a stunning spa complete with a 25-metre swimming pool, separate vitality pool and a range of treatment rooms. Immaculately attired staff offer high standards of service and hospitality.
