Our View
The 300-year-old Cross Keys stands on Kippen’s Main Street and offers seasonally changing menus and a good pint of cask ale. The pub's welcoming interior, warmed by three log fires, is perfect for resting your feet after a walk in nearby Burnside Wood, or you can sit in the garden when the weather permits. The menus list starters such as sweet-cured herring and toasted oats; and main courses of venison burger, straw fries and relish; roasted pork belly, mustard mash, sweet red cabbage and apple sauce. For afters, perhaps choose lemon and lime crème brûlée with shortbread biscuit. Dogs are welcome in the top bar.
