PITLOCHRY, PERTH & KINROSS
Our Inspector's View
Cuil-an-Duin is a Grade B listed Edwardian country house situated in 20 acres of secluded and wooded grounds located just outside Pitlochry. The house was built in 1924 as a private residence for the 9th Duke of Atholl. The three bedrooms feature luxurious hand-made Hypnos mattresses and crisp Egyptian cotton bedlinen. The gardens and woods support an abundant variety of birds and wildlife including owls, woodpeckers, deer and red squirrels. Breakfast, served at a large oak table in the sunlit dining room, features local ingredients and home baking.
