A very comfortable well-appointed detached house situated in a quiet courtyard only 100 metres from the shops and 175 metres from the popular quayside of Wells. The property boasts a downstairs double bedroom with adjacent shower room (convenient for the elderly or infirm) and a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom upstairs. A generous sitting room, kitchen diner, patio garden and off-road parking will help contribute to your experiencing a comfortable stress-free holiday.
