“Within easy reach of boating and fishing at Loch Tay” - AA Inspector
LUIB, STIRLING
Our Inspector's view
A small site located on the A85 some eight miles from Killin, with boating and fishing available on Loch Tay. It is also convenient for Oban, Fort William and Loch Lomond. Hill walkers have direct access to numerous walks that suit all levels of ability, including the nearby Munro of Ben More. There is a regular bus service at the site entrance, and nearby Crianlarich provides access to the West Highland Railway, known as Britain's most scenic rail route, and also the West Highland Way. An ideal site as a stopover to the west coast or for a longer holiday.
