This intimate restaurant in the heart of Thetford makes good use of local ingredients but looks to the Mediterranean for its inspiration on the plate. Go for the king prawn bruschetta, garlic prawns, tomato, chickpea, tarragon and lobster butter, perhaps followed by aged Norfolk beef sirloin tagliata with rocket, parmesan and red wine jus.
