The restaurant at Murrayshall County Estate has recently been refurbed, and it looks great. Contemporary decor, in a large open space with big windows looking onto the top of the golf course. Blue velvet chairs and banquettes add comfort, while the team offer a menu rich in Scottish ingredients. Cooking techniques combine contemporary and traditional elements.
