We have added our Covid information document into guest emails and onto our website. We have updated our booking portal and now use Supercontrol which also allows us to upload our guest information folder into a guest login section. Our guest information will also be printed and copies supplied to each set of guests, which will then be disposed of at the end of the stay if they haven't taken them with them. We have a good supply of PPE for our cleaning team and for guests if they request them. We have a separate legionnaires Risk Assessment which can be supplied if needed.
