Initial deep clean of the building to be undertaken by a specialist contractor and process certificated first week of August 2020. Ongoing training with mentor Eamonn Cole. MQS procedures documents reviewed and incorporated into quality standard are included the Risk Assessment, relevant to safe working practices under Covid 19. Trays for breakfast will be served to the guests in their rooms following all the safety procedures. Staff wearing apron, gloves and masks. Drinks only take away. TV room is no longer available . The storage facility will not be available for safety reason.
Our Inspector's view
Number 63 offers a surprisingly tranquil environment just a minute's walk from Lancaster Gate tube and directly opposite Hyde Park. All bedrooms are comfortable with en suite facilities and consist of a range of singles and twins; there is also a triple room. Hot snacks are available throughout the afternoon and evening (by prior arrangement) and a good continental or cooked breakfast is served each morning. A meeting/function room is available. Parking can be arranged.
