Peartree cottage adjoins owner’s property, standing in two acres in rural position, excellent central location for exploring Dartmoor and the stunning landscape and coastlines of the South West. Shop and pub 2 miles. Beamed sitting room with wood-burning stove, French doors accessing private patio/garden with gate leading to wildflower meadow. Kitchen/dining room. Separate Utility. First floor: Double bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite bath with over-bath shower, WC. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower, WC .
