Premier Inn Thetford, in a small market town on the A11, is very handy for Norwich and the east. From Norman castles to Newmarket Racecourse there's plenty to see nearby. The outdoor scenes for BBC's Dad's Army were filmed in Thetford and the Dad's Army Museum is well worth a visit too. High Lodge in Thetford Forest is also nearby. Return to the hotel's Table Table restaurant and a great night's sleep in a comfy bed.
