Sandown Bay Holiday Centre is a very peaceful location with lots of grassy areas and well-spaced chalets. Nestled in the site of the historic Yaverland Battery it is one of a series of Napoleonic forts around the Island. Bembridge Fort, a National Trust property can be seen on the Downs from the chalets.
