Although it was built in 1892 Silks Bistro and Champagne Bar is no gloomy Victorian haunt. It’s a large space, bright and chic, with zebra-patterned bar stools and sunburst-styled café chairs at linen-swathed tables. In the evenings, candlelight softens the scene. Great sea views from the terrace. Part of the Atlantic Hotel complex.
