The Halsetown Inn
“Smart country dining pub showcasing local produce”
Built in 1831, The Halsetown Inn is named after the village’s architect and benefactor, James Halse. From the outside, little changes at this stone-built pub, but the interior reveals a more contemporary style although the open fires remain. A well stocked bar featuring local Skinner’s ales also offers a robust cocktail and gin selection. Head chef Fraser Bruce and his team create a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes alongside pub classics.
