Our View

In the pretty Cornish village of Chapel Amble and a short drive from Rock and Port Isaac, The Maltsters Arms oozes old-world charm and character, from slate floors and copper pots to ‘mind-your-head’ beams and open fires. A pub at the heart of the community with a quiz night and must-book Sunday carvery, the food is home-cooked and traditional. Pub favourites of burgers and beer-battered fish and chips appear alongside main menu dishes such as grilled seabass fillets with samphire; and braised lamb shank with creamy garlic mash, red wine and rosemary jus.
