The Quarryman Inn

“Tucked away in the Cornish countryside”
WADEBRIDGE, CORNWALL
Our View
Close to the famous Camel Trail, this family-owned free house was originally a group of 18th-century slate workers' cottages, built around a courtyard. A bow window featuring a stained-glass quarryman adds character to this unusual inn. The pub’s menus change frequently, but look out for regular house speciality hake, monkfish, prawns and mussels, Thai-style green curry, cooked and served in a copper cataplana. The pub is also popular for their chargrilled, sizzling, prime Cornish steaks served on a platter with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and chips. Enjoy one of the good range of beers and ciders in the slate courtyard.
