Our View
Dating from the 17th century, this smugglers' inn is built into the cliffs, and is approached by a flight of stone steps. In summer there’s nothing better than sitting with a glass of ale and watching the fishing boats coming and going in the picturesque Porthleven harbour. In winter, a log fires warms the interior. Beer mats and brasses adorn the ceiling and walls. The food is kept simple – fish pies, steak, mussels, crab and catch of the day.
