The Victoria’s carefully curated menu showcases the very best locally sourced ingredients. Quality is paramount, whether it be fish, shellfish or samphire from the north Norfolk coast, beef, lamb or pork from the estate's farms, or vegetables from Holkham’s Walled Garden. In winter, wild game from the family shoot is served, alongside venison from the estate’s herd of fallow deer. The orangery offers magnificent views over the Holkham National Nature Reserve, while the restaurant provides a cosier feel. Hotel residents have priority for tables, so pre-booking is advised.
