Our View

Tucked away near the harbour, this friendly fishermen’s local is named after Nelson’s flagship. Wines are all carefully chosen, as are the real ales from Cornwall’s own Roseland, Sharp’s and Skinner's breweries. Whether you eat downstairs in the traditional bar, or in the modern and stylish first-floor restaurant with its white walls, white linen and wicker chairs, the approach to food is modern. Start with duck spring roll, Asian salad and hoisin sauce, perhaps followed by Doom Bar-battered cod, chips, crushed peas and tartare sauce or lamb chop with dauphinoise potatoes, roasted sweet potato purée, mixed greens and chorizo and mushroom brandy cream. There is outside seating with views over the harbour.
