Overview
This beautiful distillery in Stourton opened its doors in 2014 and produces a range of award-winning spirits, including Cotswolds Dry Gin and Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky. The distillery runs three tours a day, every day, which must be booked in advance on their website (£15pp). Visitors can see production in action in the distillery and casks maturing in the warehouse before ending up in the cosy tasting room to sample the full range of spirits. The Cotswolds Distillery also offers both Gin and Whisky Blending Masterclasses, where guests can blend their own bespoke spirits, and Cocktail Masterclasses hosted by their Head of Mixology. Visitors can also browse and sample the distillery's full range of spirits in their shop which is open seven days a week, or sit down for a bite to eat in their beautifully spacious café which offers a delicious, locally-inspired menu and a range of cocktails featuring Cotswolds spirits.
