"Dartmoor country inn, professional team deliver strongly on hospitality."
Overview
Dating back to the 1750s, this former coaching inn is in a pretty hamlet on the edge of Dartmoor. Named after Grand National winners, each of the individually decorated bedrooms has some nice extra touches. There is a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere here, the bars full of character with flagstone floors, crackling fires and old beams. Impressive cuisine makes the best of the locally sourced produce, utilised within a wide range of dishes, cooked with imagination and flair. The food has been awarded two AA Rosettes. A great place for walkers with the majesty of Dartmoor on the doorstep.
