The delightful Bull & Swan at Burghley dates back to the 16th century when it is said to have been a gentlemen's drinking club. The public rooms include a large bar with a range of ales. The bedrooms are well appointed with lovely soft furnishings and a range of thoughtful touches. The award-winning food served in the pub uses seasonal crops from the beautiful kitchen garden. Book a table in the Potting Shed, which features live music on Fridays and a big screen showing films on Sunday afternoons.
