Wolds Way Caravan and Camping★★★★
"Working farm site on the Wolds Way with superb views."
Overview
A constantly improving park on a working farm in an elevated position on the Yorkshire Wolds, creating spectacular views of the surrounding Vale of Pickering. The carefully landscaped grounds are matched by modern, quality toilet and shower facilities that have good privacy options. This is an excellent area for walking, with The Wolds Way passing the site entrance, and a pleasant one and a half mile path leads to a lavender farm with a first-class coffee shop.

About the area
North Yorkshire, with its two National Parks and two designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is England’s largest county and one of the most rural. This is prime walking country, from the heather-clad heights of the North York Moors to the limestone country that is so typical of the Yorkshire Dales – a place of contrasts and discoveries, of history and legend.
