There’s a lot to love in this charming second-floor apartment, especially its balcony that wraps around the large open-plan kitchen, living and dining room, and overlooks gardens and Padstow Bay. Head for the sandy beach at nearby Polzeath, which is popular with surfers, while a foot ferry links the fishing village of Rock with Padstow across the Camel estuary.
