Right in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End, relaxed neighbourhood restaurant Dulse serves classic Scottish seafood dishes with a modern twist. Downstairs, there is an intimate wine and cocktail bar serving small sharing plates. Move upstairs to a bright open dining room with the kitchen at one end and a bistro-style informality.
