Lympstone Manor is a Grade II listed Georgian manor with a fascinating history. Thanks to the vision of Michael Caines, it’s been transformed into a stunning building with breathtaking views over the Exe estuary. Comfort and quality are delivered throughout this fusion of classic country house and contemporary flair. Elegant and extremely accomplished cuisine is augmented by a significant wine list, underpinning the Lympstone experience. Impressive bedrooms are luxuriously appointed and a number have either balconies or terraces with superb views. 2022 sees a new outdoor swimming pool and Pool House Restaurant & Bar. Also, the vineyard has delivered its first wine, Triassic Pinot Noir 2020. Near the vineyard sit six shepherd huts opened in 2021.
