Overview
Tucked away in a medieval wynd, or narrow lane, Moonfish Café has that fit-for-purpose, ready-to-go look about it. And go it does, with innovative modern British cooking, perhaps opening with crispy potato, cheese custard and Madras curry, then hake with onion, rice and brown butter, ending with rhubarb millefeuille, mascarpone and vanilla.
