Our Inspector's view

This famous restaurant has now been here over 45 years led by the Stein family, now well into the 2nd generation but still under Rick's watchful eye. Seafood lovers beat a well trodden pilgrimage here to enjoy the freshest produce handled very simply. Situated on the edge of the harbour, just a stone's throw from the shops, The Seafood Restaurant offers chic and comfortable bedrooms that have a keen eye for detail with their own toiletries, luxurious beds and a host of homely comforts. Some have views of the estuary and a couple have private balconies with stunning panoramic sea views. Service is relaxed and friendly; booking is essential for both the accommodation and a table in the restaurant.
