"A fine place to get away from it all, in a beautiful setting on the Isle of Skye."
Overview
Coruisk House is an intimate restaurant with rooms, set 13 miles down a single track road in the village port of Elgol on the Isle of Skye. This is without doubt a remote part of the country but well worth visiting. Rooms and suites all offer glimpses of the majestic scenery and are all filled with individual touches and quality décor. The restaurant itself occupies the front of the main building and guests can expect a 4-course set menu featuring the best of the local, seasonal larder accompanied by an impressive 'labour of love' wine list.

About the area
Apart from the Orkneys and the Shetlands, Highland is Scotland’s northernmost county. Probably its most famous feature is the mysterious and evocative Loch Ness, allegedly home to an ancient monster that has embedded itself in the world’s modern mythology, and the region’s tourist industry.
