Overview
With three log fires, the atmosphere is certainly warm at this long-established and popular village local on the coast road between Weymouth and Dorchester. A great base from which to explore the Jurassic Coast, the pub has a lovely garden complete with stream and families, dogs and muddy welly boots are welcome. The locally sourced menu combines pub classics with dishes like Italian-style rabbit stew and Cornish hake.
