Overview
The Manor has been owned and lived in by the same family for centuries. The style of each room is different, with collections of Oriental, French and English furniture and paintings. Outside take a train ride, enjoy a game of pitch and putt or visit the Formal Garden with its herbaceous borders. The subtropical Woodland Garden, set around two small lakes and a stream, is planted with colourful shrubs, bulbs and wild flowers. Also on view, a sculpture park which is now the most comprehensive in Britain and a working coppersmith and jeweller.
