Overview
One of the country's finest historical collections of military kites, gliders, aeroplanes and helicopters. Imaginative dioramas and displays trace the development of Army flying from before the First World War to more recent conflicts in Ireland, the Falklands and the Gulf. Sit at the controls of a real Scout or Lynx helicopter, and test your skills on the flight simulator, plus children's education centre and 1940s house.
