Overview
Grassholm Island NNR, 8 miles off the coast of Pembrokeshire, is home to the third largest colony of breeding pairs of gannets in the world. Common guillemots and razorbills also nest on the island. NB: It is not possible to land on Grassholm, but summer boat trips round the island are run by Thousand Islands Expeditions, off Cross Square, St Davids. Tel: 01437 721721/721686.
