Overview
Located in the heart of Wells, the 15th-century Crown is within easy walking distance of the Cathedral and Bishop’s Palace, making it a great base from which to explore this wonderful part of Somerset. There is a choice of affordable en suite rooms, including four-poster and family rooms. All are comfortably furnished and have Egyptian cotton sheets and bath sheet towels as standard. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the building. A great selection of dishes, including vegetarian options, are served in Anton’s Bistrot at The Crown and the Penn Bar throughout the day.
