Overview
The view over the bay is a big draw at the L'Horizon Beach Hotel and Spa, but the Grill restaurant really puts the place on the map. It's a smart room with neutral colours, and the menu makes excellent use of the island's bounty, in bright, modern dishes. This daily menu is driven by what the fishermen have caught that day.
