Overview
Surrounded by 10 acres of tranquil and well-presented grounds including a waterfall and stream, Buckland Manor is an imposing 13th-century manor house in an idyllic spot. Inside, log fires warm lounges furnished with fine antiques and sumptuous fabrics. With Vale of Evesham views, the dining room is an elegant place to enjoy robust British cooking. Maybe start with a technically accomplished dish of chicken liver parfait, spiced plum and chicory, followed by a beautifully cooked piece of Herefordshire Cross beef, Roscoff onion, chanterelles and Yukon Gold potatoes.
