Overview
Looking down the length of Lake Vyrnwy, while dining on good food, some grown on the hotel estate itself, is a treat indeed. You might begin with goats’ cheese, caramelised onion and crystallised walnut tart, then follow with lamb loin, confit belly and dauphinoise potatoes, finishing with banana, peanut butter, salted caramel and milk chocolate ice cream.
