Overview
A large, modern hotel at the edge of town, Cottons' menu is an appealing Mediterranean brasserie-style package. Try the lemon and black pepper queenie scallops with chilli mayonnaise; chicken liver parfait, Armagnac prunes, baby leeks, pickled mushrooms and toasted brioche.
