Overview
Light floods through the tall windows of this hotel dining room in Birmingham’s financial area. The Gallic-inspired decor is backed up by a menu of bistro classics. A typical meal could begin with steak tartare, followed by roast cod with braised Puy lentils, button onions and pancetta, and finish with crème brûlée.
