Overview
Show-stopping interiors and seamless interplay of food, drink, art, design and music make Sketch (The Gallery) a hot ticket for the Instagram crowd. Under a glazed cupola roof, specially commissioned pieces of contemporary African artwork gaze down on diners. As vibrant and entertaining as the setting, the modern French menus deliver inventive, technically adept brasserie dishes. An opener of perfectly risen haddock soufflé, with crunchy white cabbage and mustard-infused beurre blanc is an elegant balance of flavour and texture.
