Surrounded by the stunning Wharfedale countryside, The Brasserie Restaurant is one of two dining options at the hotel owned by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The menu changes depending on the seasonal produce grown on the estate, neighbouring farms and the hotel’s own kitchen garden, but classics like fish and chips and steaks are a permanent fixture.
