Overview
Once the home of a wealthy flax mill owner, Ardtara is a traditional country house surrounded by rolling countryside. The main dining room has a mural of hunting scenes and is flooded with light from a large skylight. The modern Irish cooking has international influences and uses locally sourced produce with some from the kitchen gardens. A small team offer personal service.
