"Local seafood literally on the beach."
Overview
The coastal views from Beach House Restaurant towards the famous landmark of Three Cliffs Bay are breathtaking whether you’re inside or on the terrace. Welsh head chef Hywel Griffith’s love of the Gower coast is reflected in his menu, which showcases local meat or fish and seafood caught directly in front of the restaurant. A starter of duck liver with gingerbread, hen of the woods mushroom, clementine and Iberico salami delivers superb balance, before butter-poached cod with BBQ leek, and the acidic kick of yuzu, chive and beurre blanc sauce. To finish, a tropical medley of passionfruit curd, Pedro Ximenez pineapple, coconut ice cream, Thai basil, lime and mango.
