Rhosyn Restaurant is perched on the hill overlooking Carmarthen Bay, near Tenby, and is part of Penally Abbey Hotel which was once the home to the Irish whiskey distillers, Jameson. The restaurant is a wonderfully atmospheric space with dark wood tables and countryside murals. Food is highly seasonal and comes in a precise and well-presented small plate format.
