Overview
Firmly established as a go-to Covent Garden fine-dining destination, Adam Handling’s stylish flagship venue combines a sexy downstairs bar and contemporary street-level dining room. The open kitchen is the standout focus, while counter seats get the full-on action of the pass. Handling’s 10-course tasting menu comes with brief titles, as the chefs and a talented service team, describe and add final flourishes at the table. It’s highly innovative cuisine, combining deep skill and top-drawer materials with dressed-to-thrill presentation, matched by bold flavours and some unusual combinations.
